  • Do you offer bespoke diamond jewellery? 

We have a range of beautiful diamond pieces from which to choose, but for that individually tailored, unique diamond setting Dipples offer a Bespoke Jewellery Service. Any diamond, any cut, any setting. Designed by you and set exclusively for you at Dipples.   To take advantage of this, please contact either of our stores.

  • How do I place an order? 

Ordering from Dipples is easy and safe. Select your item, click the ‘add to basket’ button then follow the easy directions through the checkout process to complete your order.  If you wish to visit us to make your purchase, please call ahead first to check availabilty of the items. 

  • Is it safe to order online with Dipples? 

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use Shop Pay, an industry leader in secure internet transactions. Shop Pay is used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security. At Dipples we respect your privacy, you can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to Shop Pay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.  

  • How can I pay? 

We process all major credit and debit cards. You can pay online. If you wish to purchase using cash or vouchers, we welcome you to do so in both our stores, unfortunately we are presently unable to accept vouchers purchased on our website in-store, or those purchased in-store on our website. Our Dipples Layaway Service enables you to choose exceptionally fine jewellery for unique moments and have them set aside for a small deposit, however this needs to be carried out in one of our stores.

  •  Do you offer a free Gift Wrapping Service? 

We are delighted to offer complimentary gift wrapping in our luxury packaging for the ultimate shopping experience. Each gift is hand packed and beautifully presented, inside our exclusive branded box, ready for that perfect moment. 

  •  Will my jewellery come with a guarantee? 

At Dipples we are proud of our reputation for quality, craftsmanship and service. To give you piece of mind all our jewellery is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, against faults in materials and flaws in craftsmanship.

  •  Should I insure my jewellery? 

Insurance services protects your precious pieces in the event they need to be repaired; if accidentally damaged, or replaced; if lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair.   You are of course free to organise your insurance cover if you wish, we can supply a written valuation for your insurance company with any purchase from Dipples.

  •  How can I be sure the watch I like is 100% authentic? 

At Dipples all our new watches are bought direct from the manufacturer, or UK distributor, whilst pre-owned models are all inspected by own trained Master Watchmaker, or the respective brand.  You are right to be wary of replica watches. 

  • I've been into one of your stores and it's not on your website!

Whilst we have a wide selection of items listed on our website, we do not yet have everything listed.  If you see something in either of our stores and would wish to purchase it on-line, please contact us and we will be able to get the required item listed, usually within 48 hours.
